Do you test your products?

While we do not manufacture products in-house, we carefully review materials, functionality, and customer feedback before adding any item to our store. If a product doesn’t meet our expectations, it doesn’t make the cut.

Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days, depending on your location and the product.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-demand periods.


Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. We’re working toward expanding shipping options in the future.


Returns & Refunds

What if I’m not happy with my order?

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away at support@fitnessforgeco.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
