To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• You’ll need proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

 

Items That Can’t Be Returned

To ensure fairness and safety, we are unable to accept returns for:

• Clearance or final-sale items
• Opened or used products

 

How Refunds Work

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, this is on us — not you.
